Buying tickets
On Locotickets Marketplace only trusted sellers can list and sell their tickets on Locotickets. Our long time experience with our analytic tools, checking each seller application and each seller services history to become a verify seller on Locotickets. Most of the sellers selling on Locotickets already have few years track record of successful delivered tickets history. We understand that letting only verify sellers to sell their tickets on Locotickets marketplace is leading to few advantages that you can't find in other marketplaces. Most important buyers can trust Locotickets and the verify sellers to buy their tickets and get them on time.
Locotickets is the only tickets marketplace that giving buyers options to buy tickets in the following options:
- 1. Buy Now: fixed price listings
With a fixed-price Buy Now listing, a buyer knows the exact price they need to pay for your tickets, and can complete their purchase immediately. - 2. Bid Now option: auctions
In some events sellers will offer the buyers to "Bid Now" on the tickets. That will give each buyer the opportunity to place a bid on the ticket price. With the bid now auction, you have the chance to get your favorite tickets at the best price in the market. The highest bidder will be the auction winner, and will need to complete the purchase payment. - 3. Make offer
on some events sellers will offer the "Make offer" option. Giving the buyer the option, to offer buyer favorite price, to buy the tickets. Seller is inviting the buyers to negotiate with them to makes an offer. Once the Buyer is making the offer to the seller, the seller can decline, or make a counteroffer. Once seller accepted the buyer offer, the buyer will need to complete the payment to finish the purchase.

Sellers always try allocating all tickets from the same order seating together but the guarantee that they give is for pairs of seats next to each other.
Yes, Locotickets allows third party sellers, to sell tickets on its platform. In some instances the original purchaser's name may be printed on buyer tickets. The tickets are valid. Your name does not need to match the name printed on the ticket to gain entry to the event.
There may be a few possible reasons why you have not yet received a confirmation email for your order.
- 1 - Your order didn't completed due to a payment issue - check your Orders under your account menu for more details.
- 2 - You entered wrong email address - go to our Sign in page or contact our customer service.
- 3 - You have 2 accounts - try logging in again with a different email address or through Facebook
- 4 - Your Spam folder is blocking our emails – Check your spam folder, and add us to your allowed senders list
All prices are including the ticket price plus Handling fee and delivery fee.
Normally if not specify special price or restrictions of age near the ticket description, than no different prices for children's.
Payment questions
These are 3 digits at the back of the credit card.
It is the name of the bank, which issued the credit card.
We offer a credit card payment option on our site, either with Visa or Mastercard or American Express. (for the Bank Transfer assistance, please contact our Sales Team).
If a payment has declined causing your order to be cancelled, we suggest you undertake the following to help successfully process your payment:
- Try an international credit card such as Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
- Check the accuracy of the security code (also called CVV2 or CVC2) For Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch and Electron this is the last 3 numbers on the back of your debit card. For American Express this is the 4 numbers on the front, right hand side of your card.
- Ensure the debit/credit card details you provided are for a valid card with an expiry date in the future and sufficient funds to cover this order.
- Contact your bank or credit card Company to verify the authorisation of payment to Locotickets.
- You can contact our sales team via chat or phone or email, to help you to complete the payment fast.
Receiving tickets
You just have to use the shipping address area of your purchase order to inform it.
Just choose tickets offered the collection point option, as one of the delivery options that the seller is offering. Also specify it on the comments area of your order a request for a pick-up point and so you will receive all the instructions from seller.
We did efforts to adjust each client the currency base on his country official currency. The currency will be show automatically once you enter to Locotickets web site. You can decide to change the currency you would like to be charged any moment by clicking on the header of future currency area. All payments will be taken in EUR or GBP or USD base on client preference.
No need to worry, we are following your order delivery status!
Event organisers tend to release tickets in the weeks leading up to an event, sometimes even just a few days beforehand. As soon as your tickets have been sent, we will notify you via email. Rest assured that you are covered by our guarantee.
Ways to ensure you receive your tickets on time:
- If you are travelling to the event, add your travel address and expected departure date as soon as possible and we'll make sure your tickets are shipped to the right place. Once your order ships this address cannot be updated.
- Ensure you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery, such as a work address.
- Please ensure that your phone number & Default delivery address are correct in case we need to contact you.
Due to the nature of our business, tickets are not usually released earlier than 1 week before the event, so we can't guarantee an earlier shipment and delivery.
Prices in Locotickets can be above or lower than the face value. Prices are determined by each Seller that acting in the secondary market. The price of tickets on the secondary market is driven by demand and is usually higher than the face value (the price printed on the ticket).
For most of the events Locotickets categories are almost the same as the official categories. For some events we have decided to offer clear options in a standardized way instead of all different categories originally offered for the several events in different venues that we are dealing with. Being so, our categories may be different from the original categories and may be selected according to the description available on our site.
Cancellation questions
It’s not possible to cancel or exchange tickets once a purchase has been made as orders are considered final.
If you cannot use the tickets you purchased and there is still time before the event date, we advise you to list them for Resale on Locotickets by clicking on the "Resale" link inside your order under your account.
We will market your tickets on our platform to find a new buyer.
Occasionally there may be reasons why the tickets can't be re-listed but it's usually because the event date is too near to allow secure delivery or upload to the buyer.
If you cannot use the tickets you purchased and there is still time before the event date, we advise you to list them for Resale on Locotickets by clicking on the "Resale" link inside your order under your account.
We will market your tickets on our platform to find a new buyer.
Occasionally there may be reasons why the tickets can't be re-listed but it's usually because the event date is too near to allow secure delivery or upload to the buyer.
If seller didn’t send yet the tickets to the original buyer, it is the seller responsibility to deliver the tickets to the new buyer. In that case buyer will receive email confirmation informing him that tickets been sold to new buyer.
If the seller sent already the tickets to the original buyer, it is the original buyer responsibility to deliver the tickets to the new buyer. Buyer also can find this new order to the new buyer with all the delivery details under his account in My Sales inside the relevant event.

As these changes are completely out of our control:
- If the event is cancelled – We will ask you to return the tickets (to us or direct to the seller) and after you will be refunded for your purchase.
- If the event is postponed – we are unable to offer any refund. The tickets are usually valid for the new date. Please look out for an e-mail from us and remember to add Locotickets on your safe list of contacts so that our e-mail doesn’t go in your junk box. The email we will send will be specific to your event, and will have all relevant details and next steps.
My account
Visit the Profile Details section by logging in with the “incorrect” email details you initially registered with. Than fix the incorrect email address, and click down on "Save" button.
Please go to Sign In page, and click on "forgot your password?" link.
We will send you email with new password.
The two main reasons why customers cannot see their order or sale are:
- 1. You may be signed into the wrong account You may have made your purchase while signed into a second account with another email address you use, or through Facebook.
- 2. You entered wrong email address when creating your account.
- 1 - Go to your Profile Details under your account and take note of the email address for this account.
- 2 - Log out and try logging back in using any other email addresses you may have, or with Facebook, to see if you have a second account that you order is under.
- 3 - If you still cannot locate your order or sale, go to Sign in page and click on forgot your password / help.
